From January to May of this year, the production of PVA fiber manufacturing (above 5 million yuan in fixed assets investment projects) realized a cumulative investment of 37.56 million yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 13.63%, and the growth rate decreased by 16.14 percentage points from the level of the entire year of 2010 (2.51%). In the past year, the growth rate of investment in fixed assets of the industry reached a maximum of 214.24%, the lowest was -38.65%, and the volatility was 252.89 percentage points.

Vinylon fiber, also known as polyvinyl formal fiber, is one of the modifications of polyvinyl alcohol fiber.
