Nonwovens drought nursery technology in Quzhou successfully tested

Recently, the China National Rice Research Institute of early rice non-woven fabric cover dry nursery technology in Qujiang City, Zhejiang Qujiang successful trial. Different from the traditional plastic film covering technology, the non-woven cloth covering new technology was used in the experiment of early rice dry cultivation under the auspices of China National Rice Research Institute. Due to the good air permeability of the non-woven fabric, the growth of the seedling is very favorable and the maturity of the seedling can be earlier 3 to 5 days. Early rice non-woven seedlings dry drought technology has the advantages of water saving, environmental protection. The test results show that the traditional method of rice cultivation, from raising seedlings to harvest, at least 400 cubic meters of water to use 1 mu of land, and the use of dry nursery rice 1 mu of land to save 110 cubic meters. The use of biodegradable nonwovens as cover material also reduces the pollution of agricultural production.
